    Washing Potato

    Washing Potato is a Las Vegas Dim Sum boutique by internationally renowned restaurateur Alan Yau, serving up a trilogy of Cantonese comfort street food Dim Sum, Canton Roast & Noodle.

    This restaurant is the celebration of ‘Hong Kong Chow’. Washing Potato is an amalgamation of Hong Kong and Las Vegas. Playing with both cities eclectic cultural blends, formulating a new hybrid, where traditional Chinese street food fuels it’s inhabitants.
