Arrive as a Guest, Leave as a Resident

Brand Identity for a hotel group. The Resident is a group of apartment hotels in carefully chosen urban centres of London and Liverpool. They consider themselves integral to their respective neighbourhoods with an ‘under the radar’ knowledge of the best restaurants and entertainment within their local communities.

At the core of the identity is a flexible logo that deconstructs to provide a ‘shorthand’ monogram that can be adapted to work in a multitude of applications.

To differentiate each hotel we provided a set of illustrations, denoting location and bringing a touch of humour to the experience.
