Pringle of Scotland is an iconic fashion brand founded in 1815 at the birthplace of the Scottish knitwear industry. In 2016, a new chapter began for the company when a new brand vision and key strategies were put in place to take the business into the international luxury arena.
Bibliothèque were commissioned, in partnership with Futurecorp, to develop a new e-commerce platform to act as a global flagship store and window into the brand. Pringle wanted to re-introduce themselves to a more fashion oriented, younger audience, with a fashion forward story.
We helped Pringle focus on key moments from their rich heritage, which was previously overwhelming the website. We also undertook an identity analysis stage, where we refined the logotype to make it better ‘fit for purpose’, both in digital and physical applications.
